Best Practices for Managing Anxiety During a Pandemic
These are overwhelming times. We’re in a global crisis, and everyone is feeling it. There’s much we are not in control of. On one level, we’re not alone. On another level, many people feel anxious, scared, and alone. It can feel like there’s nowhere to turn.
Learning how to manage our anxiety and overwhelm is foundational to getting through any extremely stressful or traumatic situation. Our body is our instrument and knowing some basic practices to keep it balanced and healthy is like knowing that your car needs gas, good tires, and a working GPS in order to make it through a long and bumpy journey in uncharted territory. If our instrument is not working optimally, the already difficult journey becomes exponentially harder.
During this webinar, Hala shares vital and very simple practices that can help support you in any stressful time and buffer you against the negative effects of stress and trauma.
