This class is appropriate for those familiar with basic yoga postures. The flow is slow and thoughtful with and the option to pace yourself and move in a way that works best for you. This class can be sweaty and challenging since we focus on standing poses and core work, but it can also be adapted for bodies that need a gentler practice. The goal is to find presence in our bodies with compassion and also have some fun!

Can’t join me live? You can access the recordings to all of my weekly classes by joining my Radical Wellbeing membership community for a monthly, sliding scale rate. Yoga for All Bodies Basics

This class strives to be a class where people of all experience levels, ages, races, cultures, sizes, genders, sexual orientations, and gender expression feel included. The first part of class is spent on the back doing hip and hamstring openers and simple, accessible core stabilization exercises. Then we move into simple standing poses, ending with meditation and savasana. You are in charge of the ‘volume dial’ of your practice, so you can make this a very gentle practice or you can turn up the heat.
