Live Online Yoga Class with Hala

To register for my live online classes, you’ll need to set up an account with ClassFit first. Then you can register using the link below or through the ClassFit website.

Class Packs:  You’ll be able to purchase packages of 1, 5, or 10 classes on a sliding scale. No one will be turned away if they can’t pay.

If the discounted price of $5 is not affordable for you, simply send us an email with “need free class code” in the subject and we will send you information on how to access the classes for free. You don’t need to explain your financial position to us; we trust that you will only ask if you need it and that if/ when you can pay you will.

NOTE on Classfit and gender inclusivity: After getting set up on Classfit, it was brought to our attention that in order to register, people are asked their gender, and are only given two options (male or female). This is not welcoming or inclusive for many trans/non-binary people, which is vital to me. For this reason, we are keeping the option to sign up and donate without using Classfit until they fix this. To sign up without having to go through Classfit, please email us.

If you’re having trouble with registration on Classfit, this page may help you out.

If you want to check-in and say hi before class starts, log-in up to 15min early. You can turn your video & audio if you like.

Mondays: Mixed Levels Flow

9:00 – 10:15am PDT / 12:00 – 1:15pm EDT

This class is appropriate for those familiar with basic yoga postures. The flow is slow and thoughtful with and the option to pace yourself and move in a way that works best for you. This class can be sweaty and challenging since we focus on standing poses and stability, but it can also be adapted for bodies that need a gentler practice. The goal is to find presence in our bodies with compassion and also have some fun!

Fridays: Yoga for All Bodies Basics

10:45am – 12:00pm PDT / 1:45 – 3:00pm EDT

This class strives to be a class where people of all experience levels, ages, races, cultures, sizes, genders, sexual orientations, and gender expression feel included. The first part of class is spent on the back doing hip and hamstring openers and simple, accessible core stabilization exercises. Then we move into simple standing poses, ending with meditation and savasana. You are in charge of the ‘volume dial’ of your practice, so you can make this a very gentle practice or you can turn up the heat.
