To register for my live online classes, you’ll need to set up an account with ClassFit first. You can then register using the link below or through the ClassFit website.
Class Packs: You’ll be able to purchase packages of 1, 5, or 10 classes on a sliding scale. No one will be turned away if they can’t pay.
If the discounted price of $5 is not affordable for you, send us an email (atleast 12 hours before class begins) with “need free class code” in the subject line and we’ll send you details on how to access the class for free. You don’t need to explain your financial position; we trust that you will only ask if you need to and that when you can pay, you will.
*Note on Classfit and gender inclusivity: After getting set-up on Classfit, it was brought to our attention that in order to register, people are asked their gender and only two options are given (male or female). This is not welcoming or inclusive, which is vital to me, for many trans/non-binary people. For this reason, we are keeping the option to sign-up and donate without using Classfit until this issue is fixed. To sign-up without using Classfit, please email us.

Tuesdays: Mixed Levels Flow
9:00 – 10:15am PT / 12:00 – 1:15pm ET
This class is appropriate for those familiar with basic yoga postures. The flow is slow and thoughtful with and the option to pace yourself and move in a way that works best for you. This class can be sweaty and challenging since we focus on standing poses and stability, but it can also be adapted for bodies that need a gentler practice. The goal is to find presence in our bodies with compassion and also have some fun!
Fridays: Yoga for All Bodies Basics
10:45am – 12:00pm PT / 1:45 – 3:00pm ET
This class strives to be a class where people of all experience levels, ages, races, cultures, sizes, genders, sexual orientations, and gender expression feel included. The first part of class is spent on the back doing hip and hamstring openers and simple, accessible core stabilization exercises. Then we move into simple standing poses, ending with meditation and savasana. You are in charge of the ‘volume dial’ of your practice, so you can make this a very gentle practice or you can turn up the heat.
