These are overwhelming times, and there is so much we are not in control of. There are some simple tools we can use to help us stay out of overwhelm.
I’ve been supporting people to cope with anxiety and trauma for over a decade, and I want to share as much as I can in this webinar to support you and provide some resources.
We’re in a global crisis – everyone is feeling it. On one level, we’re not alone. On another level, many people feel anxious, scared, and alone. It can feel like there’s nowhere to turn.
